Hot-Dip Galvanized Barbed Wire

Barbed Wire rolls is often used with Other fencing material to enhance the security level of the whole system. Barbed wire is used to construct inexpensive fences and is used atop walls surrounding secured property.

Types of Barbed Wire:
* Galvanized Barbed Wire
Galvanized barbed wire is used in defending of farm land, sport ground, or used together with Concertina Razor Wire. Normally it's settled above the fence, for example Chain Link Fence, 358 Wire mesh fence and Welded mesh fence, avoiding climbing across. Galvanized barb wire can also form a barbed wire wall with wooden sticks or iron sticks. The weaving methods are one main wire, one barbed wire; one main wire, twin barbed wire; and twin main wire, twin barbed wire.

Barbed wire is manufactured from single strand wire. Wire is twisted and cut through the machine. At the output end, barbed wire will be rolled into required coil.

Material Grade

Barbed wire is available in the following steel grade and treatment type.

Electro-Galvanized Wire with zinc weight 10-20g/sqm

Hot Dipped Galvanized Wire with zinc weight 60-80g/sqm

High Zinc Volume galvanized wire with zinc weight200g/sqm to260g/sqm

Galfan Wire(Zn+5%Al or Zn+10%Al) with zinc weight over200g/sqm

Stainless steel wire in SS 304 or 316.

All the galvanized wire can be PVC coated for additional corrosion resistance and color.
